Training Courses
All courses are taught by Fernando Moreira and conducted at your facility. Courses combine classroom instruction with extensive supervised field exercises in varied terrain. The curriculum covers tactical tracking and visual mantracking skills from foundational patrol-level detection through advanced crime scene investigation.
Tactical Tracking & National Standards: The National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) 2023 Tactical Response and Operations Standard (TROS) identifies tactical tracking in urban environments as a required capability for Tier 1 SWAT teams and an optional capability for Tier 2–4 teams (Figure C-11). Patrol Tracker and Tactical Mantracking Level I directly address this standard.

For larger engagements — multi-agency, extended-duration, or multi-station programs — Worldwide Trackers draws on a network of qualified instructors with combat veteran, law enforcement, and SAR backgrounds, selected by Fernando and teaching his methodology. Additional instructors are engaged on a per-contract basis and are not publicly named at their request.
