About Worldwide Trackers

Worldwide Trackers carries a three-generation tracking lineage into the field. Fernando Moreira has trained law enforcement, military, and SAR personnel full-time since 1995 — over 30 years of continuous instruction worldwide. Willem Larsen has tracked and instructed alongside Fernando for 15 years.

How Worldwide Trackers Staffs a Contract

Fernando Moreira is the lead instructor on every Worldwide Trackers course. When your agency contracts Worldwide Trackers, Fernando is in the field with your personnel — that is the standard, not the exception.

For engagements that require additional field instructors — larger classes, multi-station field exercises, or extended programs — Worldwide Trackers draws on a network of qualified tracking instructors with backgrounds in three communities:

• Combat veterans with operational tracking experience
• Law enforcement professionals active or recently retired from tactical, investigative, or patrol tracking roles
• Search and Rescue professionals with field experience in rural, urban, and disaster-response operations

Additional instructors are selected by Fernando, teach his methodology, and are engaged on a per-contract basis. We do not publish their names or photographs: many hold active employment with their primary agencies and prefer not to be publicly associated with external training vendors.
